2.1 Waitlist signup

When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect your email address. This is the only personal data we collect through our forms.

2.2 Server log files

When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical data in server log files:

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in ensuring the security and functionality of our website. Log files are automatically deleted after 30 days.

3. Cookies & consent

We use strictly necessary storage for basic website functionality, which does not require consent. For analytics we use cookies and similar storage that are only set after you give consent via our cookie banner. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops any further analytics collection.

4. Third-party services

4.1 Hosting & data location

Our website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1) region, so data is stored and processed within the European Union. When you visit our site, the hosting provider processes the data described in Section 2.2. We have a data processing agreement (DPA) in place with AWS.

4.2 Fonts

We use Google Fonts for typography. When you load our website, your browser connects to Google servers to download font files. Google may process your IP address for this purpose. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

4.3 Analytics (PostHog)

With your consent, we use PostHog to understand how visitors use this site (for example, which pages are viewed and which links are clicked) so we can improve it. PostHog is configured to use its EU region, so the data is processed on servers within the European Union. We do not record sessions and do not use this data for advertising.

We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers, and all infrastructure runs in the AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1) region. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
