Creator campaigns for growing e-commerce brands

Run creator campaigns without the spreadsheet.

Send each creator a single link, no account needed. They accept the brief, add their content, and you approve and track everything from one dashboard.

The old way

The spreadsheet breaks around ten creators.

  • You chase them in DMs. Most gifted products never turn into a post. Only 30 to 50 percent of gifted creators actually publish.
  • Nothing lives in one place. Who accepted, shipped, posted and got paid is spread across tabs, screenshots and inboxes. Marketers lose around 5 hours a week keeping the sheets in sync.
  • You can't tell what sold. Codes and links sit in different tools.
Why CampaignDeck

Everything in one place.

One link for creators

Send a creator one link. They accept the brief, add their content, and fill in their details, all without creating an account.

Set the terms up front

The brief sets the deliverables, fee, deadline, and usage rights. The creator agrees to them when they accept, so there is no separate contract to send.

How it works

Here's a typical campaign.

Adapt it to each deal.

1

Brief

Write the brief and add creators.

2

Send link

They accept and add payout and address.

3

Ship

Send the product.

4

Approve

Review their content and approve it.

5

Posted

They post and add proof.

The creator's view

Everything the creator needs is on one page.

The link opens the brief, the terms, and a short checklist. The creator accepts, adds their content, fills in their payout or shipping details, and marks the post live, all in the creator portal.

Payouts

Never lose track of a payout.

CampaignDeck shows a running list of who is owed and who is paid, and each creator can check their own status. You pay them the way you normally do and mark them off as you go.

Performance

See which creators drive sales.

Give a creator their own discount code or affiliate link to see the sales it drove next to what you paid. Connect your Shopify store to turn it on. WooCommerce is next.

Good to know

Common questions.

Do my creators need an account?

Your creators work from a single link. It opens the full brief and your attached files; they accept, upload their content, and add payout or shipping details on the same page, without creating an account.

Can I run gifting campaigns, not just paid?

Yes. Set a campaign to send product instead of a fee. The creator accepts first and adds their shipping address, you ship and add the tracking, and you track who posts, the same way you track paid creators.

Can I run UGC campaigns where the creator delivers content and we post?

Yes. Set the campaign type to UGC, the creator works from the same link, accepts the brief and uploads the files. You download approved assets, post them yourself, and any usage rights (organic, paid ads, term) are set in the brief and timestamped on accept.

How is this different from Shopify Collabs?

Collabs is built for affiliate and commission programs, where creators sign up and earn a percentage of each sale. CampaignDeck runs sponsored and gifted campaigns: you set a flat fee or send product, the creator works from one link without an account, and you approve the content before it goes live.

How does the content get shared?

Creators add their content through the link for you to review and approve, whether that is a video, a photo, or a written post. After it goes live, they mark it posted and add a link or a screenshot, which also covers stories.

How do payments work?

You pay each creator the way you normally do and mark them as paid. CampaignDeck keeps a live view of who is owed and who is paid, and shows each creator their status.

Can I tell which creators drive sales?

Yes, if you want to. Give any creator a unique discount code or affiliate link, and CampaignDeck connects to your Shopify store to show the sales each one drove next to what you paid. WooCommerce is next.

What about contracts and usage rights?

Your brief covers the deliverables, fee, deadline, and usage rights. When a creator accepts, that's recorded with a timestamp, so both sides have the same record. Formal e-signatures can come later.

What will it cost?

Flat and month-to-month, with no annual lock-in. Founding brands get the early-access price.
